Forgotten Tears
Over the last few years, a meaningful and aware underground melodic deathmetal scene was born in Italy.
Coming from Milan (ITA), FORGOTTEN TEARS is one of the leading bands on this scene, representing a great solution between the typical European melodic deathmetal and the newest american thrash/death hardcore sounds, defining a rageful and determinated riffing surrounded by desperate and melancholic atmospheres.

Biography (the story so near..):
Born in late 2003, Forgotten Tears first lineup released "The Neverending Sadness" (in summer 2004), a mini cd strongly influenced by 90's death/thrash metal masters. After many shows the band is quite known for its high-level live performances and soon arouses the interest of the medias.
In November 2007, the band decided to record four of their brand new songs, actually more influenced by newest waves of European melodic deathmetal.
They recorded at DB Studios (www.myspace.com/ettorerigotti) with the well-known producer Ettore Rigotti from Disarmonia Mundi (www.disarmoniamundi.com), featuring a very special guest appearence by their friend Paolo Colavolpe from Destrage (www.destrage.com).

After the recording sessions, the band realized that the presence of a new member was needed: Faust Quaggia wanted to devote himself only to the vocals, also in order to amend the rhythmic guitar parts.
That's the reason why the band started looking for a new rhythm guitar player... successfully!
The new guitarist, Simone Laruccia, joined the band with his explosive energy, due to his visible hardcore attitude and influences, giving the whole line up inspiration for new riffs and sounds.
